1. Please contact customer service at hello@leadswiss.com to notify us that you wish to return the product/s.
2. Provide the reasons why you wish to return the products, ideally with photographs or a video.
3. The cost of postage to return the product/s is the responsibility of the sender.
4. The products must be sent back to the address provided in Switzerland.
5. The final decision to refund remains with LEDA Swiss and the customer will be informed by email.
